Exchange or Refund

At Vivienne Cate we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, please let us know and we will happily offer you an exchange, refund or gift voucher to use in store. We will refund your purchase provided the following conditions have been met:

  • Items are returned within 14 days from invoice date.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed or unused in their original condition with all labels and tags attached.

Returns are processed within five business days of receiving your items.

Vivienne Cate is not responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping. We advise that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns.

Please note that Vivienne Cate does not pay for the postage of your returning item. If you are returning an item due to an error we have made, please contact us at info@viviennecate.com.au for alternative solutions.

Return postage

Unless you are returning a product due to a manufacturing fault, you are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. When returning an item for exchange, please include a reply-paid self-addressed satchel addressed to:

Shipping

We offer express shipping Australia-wide. No charge for purchases over $150 and a flat rate of $15 for all purchases under $150.

We do not ship internationally.

  • Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and you will be notified when your order is dispatched.

  • Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order, depending on your location. If you do not receive your order after 7 working days of being dispatched, please email info@viviennecate.com.au so we can follow this up for you.

  • Purchases made on public holidays and weekends will be processed by us the following business day.

  • If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.

  • Please note, estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. We do not take into account possible delays caused due to the payment authorisation process. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit.

Products

All our leather products and hides are natural products meaning that each piece is beautifully unique and may appear to have slight imperfections. These should not be considered a fault, but rather as natural markings and character.

We have endeavoured to provide web images of our leather products and hides that are as true to colour as possible, however, while we think we get it pretty right, we cannot always guarantee that the colour you see on your screen will exactly match what you receive.

Terms of Service

We advise all customers to please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders, as once items have been purchased you are agreeing to abide by these. Our Terms and Conditions may be modified from time to time, without notice. If changes have been made after you have placed an order, it will not affect your order, unless the change made was required by law.
