Nana Huchy Aussie animal rattles

$27.00

These little Australian animal rattles are soft and gorgeous - with the cutest back stories by Nana Huchy!

Spike the echidna:

Christened as Simon, Spike originally took offence when one of his friends gave him his prickly nickname. This was, of course, until the day he realised the irony. You see as far as ‘spikes’ go, Spike doesn’t make a very good echidna...his hair is the smoothest & softest in all of Australia.

Eddie the Emu:

Eddie always dreamed of competing in the AAO (Australian Animal Olympics). After his dreams were realised by winning his heat in the 2015 games by a feather, he dedicated his days to being a life coach. Not a day passes without Eddie lending some sound life advice to his friends. When it’s more comfort than advice his bush friends are after, you’ll find them wrapped in Eddie’s cosy embrace.

Dimensions: 22cm

Caz the koala:

Caz is a fearless & high-spirited gal. Her latest mission in life is to bring shy Keith the koala out of his shell. With Caz's fun-loving, laid-back attitude, she may be the most popular of all the Aussie Animals, not to mention one of the cuddliest.

Kylie the kangaroo:

Kylie loves making music, pumping out hit after hit. Better yet, she loves sharing her musical knowledge with little ones who love nothing better than shaking a rattle to unearth their own musical abilities.

Dimensions: 18cm

The optimal size for teensy baby hands, the mini rattle will be sure to entertain your toddler too!

Unlike squeakers, which are short-lived & unintuitive for babies to use without assistance, the sound the rattle makes when babies hold or move it stimulates action-reaction learning, providing babies & toddlers with an instant reward & helping them understand cause & effect.
